Pop Open Speaker:
Gently twist ONLY the centre ring counterclockwise, the top of your Rokono should pop up! To close the speaker simply press the two halves together again.

Get Full Volume:
For full volume turn up BOTH your Rokono speaker AND your connected audio device AFTER you have plugged the cable in.
